Kantor Camat Medan Tuntungan masih menghadapi kendala dalam proses pengarsipan dokumen, seperti pencarian arsip yang memakan waktu, penyimpanan yang tidak terstruktur, serta risiko kehilangan data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi pengarsipan dokumen berbasis web yang mampu mengelola penyimpanan, pencarian, dan pengelompokan dokumen secara digital. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan Waterfall Model dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Sistem dirancang menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, database MySQL, serta antarmuka berbasis web yang responsif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi pengarsipan dokumen ini dapat memfasilitasi proses penyimpanan, pencarian, dan pelaporan arsip dengan lebih cepat, akurat, dan terstruktur. Dengan adanya sistem ini, diharapkan proses administrasi di Kantor Camat Medan Tuntungan menjadi lebih efektif, transparan, dan mampu meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik.</p> Desi Natalia S. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan data sekunder dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kota Binjai periode 2020–2024. Variabel prediktor yang digunakan adalah luas panen (hektar), sedangkan variabel target adalah produksi padi (ton). Pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Python pada platform Google Colab. Dataset dibagi menjadi data latih (80%) dan data uji (20%), kemudian dievaluasi menggunakan Mean Absolute Error (MAE), Mean Squared Error (MSE), Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE), serta Koefisien Determinasi (R²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa luas panen memiliki hubungan linear yang sangat kuat dengan produksi padi, dengan persamaan regresi Y = −8,97 + 6,07X. Evaluasi model menghasilkan nilai R² = 0,9990, MAE = 56,87, MSE = 5.092,47, dan RMSE = 71,36. Nilai tersebut membuktikan bahwa model memiliki tingkat akurasi yang tinggi. To date, the complaint process in Kecamatan Medan Tuntungan has been carried out conventionally through face-to-face interactions and unstructured social media channels, resulting in challenges in recording, handling, and following up on public complaints. This study aims to design and develop a web-based public complaint service system that facilitates residents in submitting reports, complaints, and aspirations in an easy, fast, and well-documented manner. The system was developed using the waterfall method, which consists of the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The results of the study indicate that the system is capable of providing convenience for the community in submitting complaints, while also assisting the district office in managing reports in a more structured, transparent, and effective way. The main problems involve finding optimal routes and selecting the best alternatives based on price, service quality, style, health protocols, and distance. This study develops an Android-based barbershop recommendation system by integrating the Dijkstra algorithm for shortest path search and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method for alternative ranking. Dijkstra calculates the shortest distance from the user's location, while TOPSIS determines the best recommendation using weighted criteria.
